I. EEP Program:

1. EEP classes will take the final exams from Nov 23^rd to Nov 28^th, 2009.
2. EEP classes will:

-         Submit all the grade sheets from Nov 30^th to Dec 5^th, 2009.

-         Do the make up, correct the test from Dec 7^th to Dec 12^th, 2009.

3. EEP classes will be off from Nov 30^th to Dec 5^th, 2009 to take the final exams in the Vietnamese curriculum and off from Dec 14^th, 2009 to Jan 3^rd, 2010 for semester interval break.

II. American High School Program (AHSP):

1. AHSP 1 & AHSP 2 will follow the normal schedule until Dec 12^th, 2009.
2. Final exams will be taken from Dec 7^th to Dec 12^th, 2009.
3. Teachers will submit all the grade sheets from Dec 14^th to Dec 19^th, 2009.
4. W.GRG A & U.S. History A exams from UTHS will be conducted from 8:00 to 11:00 AM on Tuesday - Dec 22^nd, 2009.
5. Eng 1A & 2A will be conducted from 8:00 to 11:00AM on Thursday - Dec 24^th, 2009.
6. AHSP classes will be off from Dec 14^th to Dec 19^th, 2009 and Dec 27^th, 2009 to Jan 3^rd, 2010 for Christmas and New Year.

III. Parent meeting & Spring semester:

1. Fall semester ending ceremony & Parent meeting will be conducted on Saturday - Dec 26^th, 2009.
2. The Spring semester will commence on Monday - Jan 4^th, 2010.
